RFP: Downtown Storrs Strategic Plan

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership has initiated a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to identify a qualified consultant to guide and execute a strategic planning process with our Board of Directors, community, and staff to produce a strategic plan for a mixed-use neighborhood known as Downtown Storrs, located in Mansfield, CT adjacent to the University of Connecticut (UConn).

Business Resource Center for COVID-19 Response

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership has created a "Business Resource Center" on its website to help local businesses find timely, relevant information as they navigate the COVID-19 crisis. The Partnership is updating the site frequently with information about federal and state assistance, funding opportunities, and guidance for operating during the crisis as it is reviewed and confirmed. The Partnership is also sending near-daily email updates to Mansfield businesses alerting them to updates from local, state, and federal officials, funding options, assistance from a variety of governmental agencies, and webinars, tel-town halls, and other learning opportunities. Mansfield business owners and operators are invited to sign up for these blasts by emailing the Partnership.
