In accordance with Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 7B and social distancing requirements recommended by the CDC to slow community spread of COVID-19, this meeting is physically closed to the public. The public may listen to the meeting live by calling 1-571-317-3122 and using access code 114-606-693. Additionally, an archive recording of the meeting will be available at mansfieldct.gov/video for 12 months.

Public Comment will be accepted by e-mail or by USPS mail and must be received prior to the meeting.

The Festival Committee meets on a semi-monthly basis from January through the date of the Festival. All meetings are held in the Partnership office (23 Royce Circle, Second Floor, Storrs, CT 06268) unless otherwise noted.
