In response to the on-going coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Partnership’s committees will meet by phone or online meeting for the foreseeable future. The pubic may view the meetings via live stream here. Public Comment will be accepted by e-mail or by USPS mail and must be received prior to the meeting.

The Festival Committee meets on a semi-monthly basis from January through the date of the Festival. All meetings are held in the Partnership office (23 Royce Circle, Second Floor, Storrs, CT 06268) unless otherwise noted.
