The Mansfield Downtown Partnership offers a number of contribution levels for both individuals and businesses, each with varying benefits.

Contribution Levels & Benefits

Individuals

Patron ($1,000 & above)

  • Invitation to Partnership Patron/Supporter reception

  • Name/Logo displayed on homepage of Partnership website

  • Plaque of appreciation presented to Patron representative at event or press conference

  • Name listed as Patron on event and marketing materials

  • Recognition in MDP newsletter and Annual Report

  • Recognition on MDP website

  • Featured story about Patron in one MDP newsletter

  • All standard MDP supporter benefits

Supporter ($200-$999)

  • Invitation to Partnership Patron/Supporter reception

  • Certificate of appreciation presented to Patron representative

  • Recognition in MDP newsletter and Annual Report

  • Recognition on MDP website

  • All standard MDP supporter benefits

Standard Individual ($25)

Senior/Student Individual ($10)

  • Voting privileges at Annual Meeting

  • Ability to hold office within the Partnership and serve on committees

  • Notices of upcoming work-shops or events

  • Periodic e-mail newsletter

Friend (Amount of your choice)

  • Friends are supporters who wish to contribute but will not have voting or office privileges.

Businesses/Organizations

All business contributors receive:

  • Business name and link on Partnership website

  • Certificate of appreciation

  • Recognition in Partnership Annual Report

  • Voting privileges

  • Ability to hold office and serve on committees

Benefactor ($10,000)

  • Full page ad in Partnership Annual Report*

  • Business advertisement in e-newsletter

  • Invitation to annual reception

Business Partner: $5,000-$9,999

  • Half page ad in Partnership Annual Report*

  • Invitation to annual reception

Business Patron: $1,000-$4,999

  • Business acknowledgement in three e-newsletters

  • Invitation to annual reception

Business Supporter: $500-$999

  • Business acknowledgement in two e-newsletters

  • Invitation to annual reception

Contributor: $100-$499

  • Noted above

*The deadline to have an ad included in the 2022-2023 Annual Report is Friday, April 28, 2023.

Supporters (other than Friends) must either reside in the Town of Mansfield, pay taxes to the Town of Mansfield, own or operate a business in the Town of Mansfield, own residential or business property in the Town of Mansfield, be an employee of a Mansfield-located business, or be affiliated with the University of Connecticut as a student, alumnus, or faculty/staff (current or former). 

Friends are non-town supporters who wish to contribute but will not have voting or office privileges.

    • Please note: The Town assesses a convenience fee for online payments. Convenience fees cover costs associated with accepting payments and are non-refundable. The convenience fee is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing.
