In January 2022, the Board approved its three-year Downtown Storrs Strategic Action Plan. Strategies and proposed projects were identified for four categories:

• Public Realm

• Promotion & Marketing

• Private Realm/Tenant Mix

• Administrative Capacity

The Board has formed working groups to review the implementation strategies identified in the Plan. The members of the working groups will change depending on expertise, skills, and partnerships required for each project.
